Quote request privacy.

When you contact DW Cleaning or request a quote, you share information so we can discuss the services you need.

What you provide

The quote form asks for your name, email address, location, selected services and preferred contact method. You can also provide a phone number, an approximate window count and property photos. A phone number is required if you choose call or text.

How we use it

We use your information to assess your request, contact you, prepare a quote and arrange services if you decide to book.

How the form is delivered

Quote requests and uploaded photos are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to DW Cleaning. Our business email uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward incoming messages to our inbox. These providers process information as part of delivering your request.

Choosing photos

Please upload only photos relevant to your quote. Avoid including people, private documents or unrelated personal information. Photos are optional.

Questions or removal requests

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or ask us to remove your quote details or photos, email info@dwcleaning.ca. We’ll review your request and explain any records that need to be retained.
