Clean interior glass and window components without a general house-cleaning service.
What we do
- Arrange access to the windows and protect the immediate work area.
- Clean the interior glass to remove everyday marks and buildup.
- Clean the accessible frames, sills and tracks included in your quote.
- Check the glass and tidy the immediate window work area.
Please clear personal items from window ledges before your appointment. This service covers windows; it does not include general interior home cleaning.

Refresh glass deck and balcony railing panels for a clearer outdoor view.
What we do
- Check the glass panels, accessible sides and surrounding area.
- Remove surface dirt and buildup from the agreed glass panels.
- Clean the accessible faces and edges included in your quote.
- Finish the glass and check for remaining marks.
Tell us approximately how many panels you have and send photos. Stubborn mineral deposits or staining will be assessed separately.

- Clean the mesh and frames using a method suited to their condition.
- Allow screens to dry and reinstall any screens we removed, where practical.
Damaged mesh and frames are assessed before cleaning. Repairs are a separate service.

Clear gutter buildup and check the downspouts included in your service.
What we do
- Check access and inspect the gutters for visible buildup.
- Remove leaves, debris and other buildup from accessible gutters.
- Flush the downspouts included in your quote to check water flow.
- Collect removed debris and flag visible blockages or damage.
We’ll confirm access and the scope of any downspout flushing before booking. Gutter repairs and underground drain clearing are not included in a standard clean.

Restore damaged window-screen mesh where the existing frame can be reused.
What we do
- Inspect the mesh, frame and fit to assess whether repair is suitable.
- Confirm the repair scope and replacement mesh with you.
- Remove damaged mesh and fit replacement mesh for the agreed repair.
- Check mesh tension and fit, then reinstall where included.
Bent or broken frames may need replacement rather than a mesh repair. Send photos of the screen and damage so we can assess it.
